TravelComponents.Ticketing is a stand-alone product that automatically issue e-tickets for published fares. This ticketing robot will monitor a specific queue and issue the tickets for the PNRs as soon as they occur on this queue. Successful issued tickets will be placed on another queue for review and further processing.

Now and then there are PNRs that have to be handled manually. These PNR’s will be placed on a user-defined fail-queue. System failures, as communication breaktown to the GDS etc, will be handled and reported via e-mail or SMS.

All PNR’s and ticket-numbers are exported to files – that may be imported into ERP and CRM systems.
